Warm up song – Cold Haily
A few points :-
• We need to enunciate more the lyrics – annie gave example of her previous choir acting out looking up at the balcony to get the feeling
• The overlapping “ Oh “ sections still a bit shaky – song leaders maybe focus on them next outing ?
• Men – keep it flowing and legato on their solo sections
• Men – the “ too soon are mothers “ line – we are not all on the same note at the end , we should rehearse it with the robots .
Song One – Black is the Colour
• The intro – we did with the small group , but its such a nice section it feels like a good idea to get everyone in on it .
Extra work , true , but it’s a small section to learn , and safety in numbers

• Everyone needs to use the corrected lyric sheet that wendy sent out please , with the changes on “ child “ “ mourn and say “ , and “ nor “
• Enunciation and more attack needed on the words
• Eyes on Rob at end of verses for the pauses
• Sounding good
Break – activity break – finding toilets in the labyrinth
Song Three – Do You Hear ?
• two run throughs, and working on the cross rhythms mainly
• Generally better , we are starting to hear the cues for our lines
• We need that beat on the one to keep us on track
Pub – the Union Jack
• Everything fried and salty , and cheapie drinks to boot – sterling work by JB , a good find .
