Admin documents such as minutes are recorded on the Members website as Posts.

To add a set of Minutes (as a Post):
- log in
- click +New on the top menu bar
- Select Post
- Enter Title (for Minutes use format “Minutes Rehearsal DD Month YYYY”
- Paste or type minutes into body
- Click to select Minutes under “Categories” (at right of screen)
- Click Publish (at right of screen)
